Who we are

Hyderabad Rental Properties (“we”, “us”) operates www.hyderabadrentalproperties.com. We help people find rentals and projects in Hyderabad and connect them with our consulting team. Contact: hello@hyderabadrentalproperties.com.

Information we collect

Account details — name, email, phone, and whether you signed up as a tenant or property owner. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your Google account email and basic profile name from Google.
Enquiries & callbacks — name, phone, optional email, message, and the listing you asked about.
Notification preferences — if you subscribe to alerts: name, email, optional phone, and interest filters.
Saved listings — properties you shortlist while signed in as a tenant.
Technical data — basic logs needed to run the site securely (for example IP address, browser type, and timestamps), and bot-protection signals from our captcha provider.

How we use information

To create and manage your account and show the right portal (tenant or owner).
To respond to enquiries, arrange viewings, and provide rental or project guidance.
To send alert emails you requested, and honour unsubscribe requests.
To verify email during signup and protect the site from spam and abuse.
To improve listings, commute information, and site reliability.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers. Listing pages do not publish landlord or tenant phone numbers publicly.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the service, including:

Infrastructure providers such as hosting, database/auth, email delivery, image hosting, and captcha (currently including services like Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Cloudinary, and Cloudflare Turnstile).
Google if you choose Sign in with Google (subject to Google’s privacy policy).
Authorities when required by law, or to protect users from fraud and abuse.

Retention

We keep account, enquiry, and subscription records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may ask us to delete or update your account information by emailing hello@hyderabadrentalproperties.com.

Your choices

Unsubscribe links in notification emails.
Update or close your account by contacting us.
Choose not to use Google Sign-In and register with email instead.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

Our services are intended for adults seeking housing or listing property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised policy.
