Agreement
By using www.hyderabadrentalproperties.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Related privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
What we provide
Hyderabad Rental Properties provides an online platform to browse rentals and projects in Hyderabad, submit enquiries, receive optional alerts, and (for approved owners) submit property listings for review. We act as a real-estate consultant / intermediary. We are not a bank, escrow agent, or guarantor of any lease or purchase.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Google Sign-In users must also protect their Google account.
- Tenant and owner portals are for the roles described on the Site. Misuse (including spam or fraudulent listings) may result in suspension.
Listings & information
Listing details, prices, availability, commute times, and videos are provided for guidance and may change. Always verify important facts during a viewing and before signing any agreement. Owner-submitted listings are reviewed before publish; that does not make every detail a warranty.
Enquiries & fees
Submitting an enquiry or callback request authorises us to contact you about your request. We do not charge a “gate pass”, viewing token, or similar fee to view a home through our team. If someone claiming to represent us asks for money before a walkthrough, stop and contact us through the Site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, spam, or abuse the Site or our contact channels.
- Post false listings, impersonate others, or attempt fraud.
- Bypass security, captcha, or access controls.
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
Site design, branding, and original content belong to Hyderabad Rental Properties or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for normal browsing and sharing of public listing links.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for decisions you make based on listings, third-party property condition, landlord or buyer/seller conduct, or losses from service interruptions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from use of the Site is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us specifically for the service giving rise to the claim in the prior three months, or (b) INR 5,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
